About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Business Planning Director to join our team at iProspect, a dentsu company. As a key member of our planning team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional communications planning and day-to-day management of allocated campaigns for one of the world's biggest entertainment companies, Netflix.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Netflix business and lead the communications planning process
  • Manage the end-to-end campaign process, working closely with strategists and teams across all specialist channels
  • Directly manage planning team members and take responsibility for their career development
  • Ensure excellence in all aspects of the campaign process, upholding the highest standards throughout the team
Requirements
  • Experience developing and nurturing client relationships
  • Proven track record of leading planning across channels
  • Familiarity with ad technology, planning tools, and channel nuances
  • Experience in people management and multi-channel planning
  • Broad knowledge of channels and confident in managing mid-senior level clients and key stakeholders
