About the Role

RPS Group is seeking a highly experienced and influential Director to lead our Planning Team in Farringdon. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development, while providing strategic leadership and direction to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  2. Lead proposals and bid processes, collaborating with other teams to deliver high-quality results.
  3. Work closely with RPS Consulting businesses and the RPS Group to drive our multi-disciplinary offering to clients.
  4. Support the Operational Director in preparing business plans to maintain a profitable and sustainable presence in the market.
  5. Assume Project Director role on projects, overseeing contract, financial performance, quality, programme, and risk.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic thinker with strong leadership qualities, outstanding communication skills, and a proven track record in generating new business, directing projects, and developing strong relationships with team, colleagues, clients, and external bodies.
