F&B Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic F&B Sales Executive to join our team at 1 Hotel Mayfair. This role is responsible for selling our dining venues, including Dovetale Restaurant & Terrace, Dover Yard Bar, Nightingale Cafe, and Neighbours Cafe.
The ideal candidate will be a luxury events pro with a natural talent for sales and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement, financial performance, and meeting revenue goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Selling and running events in restaurants and hotels
- Developing creative ways to maximize profit and achieve set revenue goals
- Supporting the financial, business, and marketing objectives for meetings, parties, and other gatherings
This is a full-time position that requires a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. The salary for this role is approximately £45,000-£55,000 per year, depending on experience.
