About the Role
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and possess a strong ability to multitask. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Responsibilities
- Answer and transfer phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure that messages are passed to the relevant members of staff as soon as practicable.
- Maintain a clean and tidy working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Perform general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and faxing.
- Assist the team with administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping.
- Handle incoming and outgoing post, ensuring prompt and secure delivery.
- Adhere to centre security procedures, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- Support the learner allowance process, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Receive visitors in an efficient, courteous, and friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service.
- Support managing the booking of all meeting rooms, ensuring optimal use of available space and meeting business needs.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required by the team or management.
Requirements
- Minimum two GCSE's Maths and English (Grade C and above).

Salary Estimate
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Working Hours
This is a full-time position, requiring 35 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
