Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Children's Services Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality support services to children and families across our county borough.

Main Duties:

  • Lead on the development and implementation of coordinated strategies to address child poverty and inequality.
  • Work closely with partner agencies to design and deliver evidence-based interventions that promote positive outcomes for children.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of services and maximizing impact.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience of working in a similar role, preferably in a local authority setting.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven initiatives that improve outcomes for children and families.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.

Contract Details:

  • 37 hours per week, full-time.
  • Fixed-term contract until 31 March 2025.

Location: Bridgend County Borough Council. Salary Range: £27,711 - £28,624 per annum.
