Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of family needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to families, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including healthcare staff and education providers, to ensure comprehensive support.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in social work, such as a BA or MA in Social Work.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience of working in children's services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of £40,000 - £48,500 pa FTE (based on a 36-hour week), plus a bonus scheme. Ongoing training and development opportunities will also be available to enhance your skills and knowledge.
