Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Family Wellbeing Coordinator. The role involves assessing and supporting children and families across the county borough. Our teams operate within three community hubs, providing a continuum of services ranging from early help to intensive provision for families with complex needs. A valid driving licence is a requirement for this post, and we offer flexible working arrangements in accordance with our Hybrid Working Policy.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess and support children and families effectively using our outcome-focused approach
- Provide a continuum of services ranging from early help to intensive provision for families with complex needs
- Develop skills and knowledge in line with our social work model through comprehensive training
- Comply with council procedures, including a DBS check and application of our Hybrid Working Policy

Benefits
We offer competitive salaries, which range from approximately £28,000 to £35,000 depending on experience. Additionally, a £5,000 Market Supplement and relocation package up to £8,000 may be considered for suitable candidates.
