About the Role

This hybrid working position offers a unique blend of on-site and remote work, with a minimum of 3 days based at our manufacturing plant in Glasgow, UK. You will be responsible for providing effective advice and guidance to employees and managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years' experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of current UK employment law. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster positive employee relations and drive business success through effective HR strategies
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to employees and managers on all aspects of the employee lifecycle
  • Develop and implement HR policies that align with global manufacturing business objectives
  • Monitor key performance indicators, including headcount, overtime, turnover, and absenteeism
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
