We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Excellence Leader to join our team at GK Recruitment Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Desk Management, with experience in implementing and driving best-in-class Service Delivery to customers.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Service Delivery & Operations: Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of support and delivery professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Change Management: Implement and manage change initiatives, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Process Improvement & Reporting: Analyze and optimize business processes, providing regular reports to stakeholders on key performance indicators.
  • Incident and Problem Management: Develop and implement incident and problem management processes, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Customer Centric Support & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in IT or equivalent.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Service Desk Management, with a strong background in ITIL.
  • Experience in managed services, software services, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving service delivery, processes, and team performance.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £45,000 to £55,000, plus benefits and career development opportunities.
