**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a service delivery focused individual to join our service delivery team to build upon and improve customer experience.

Whether those customers are individuals, organisations, or manufacturers, you will demonstrate and lead by example that delivering customer satisfaction is not the goal, it is the minimum acceptable standard. Customer Excellence is the goal.

Principally in the UK, we do have new operations opening outside the UK and plans to grow overseas in a secure and sustainable manner.

**The Mission**

In simple terms, using your skills and experience, become a valuable member of our service delivery team, contributing to consistently delivering Customer Excellence.

The Customer Excellence unit within the Service Delivery Team need to, profitably:

- Support and enable long-term relationships with our existing customer base.
- Handle customer dissatisfaction and escalations.
- Continually develop.
- Provide essential feedback to reduce internal blockers and improve customer experience.

**What we’re looking for**:
Demonstrable skills in one or more of the following:

- Self-motivated, capable of working on own initiative.
- Proactive team player
- Strong interpersonal skills and experience initiating and building positive relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tickets simultaneously.
- Ability to function in an extremely high volume, forever evolving new business environment while always maintaining a smile and positive disposition.

**Salary**

Subject to Experience £22 to £26k

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
