Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Sales Designer to join our team at Equals One Ltd.

As a self-employed Sales Designer, you will be responsible for designing and selling bespoke garden transformations to homeowners across the North West.

Our market-leading products include verandas, UPVC decking, and fencing, which you will promote to customers.

Achieving sales targets is crucial to this role, with uncapped commissions available for driven individuals.

We offer comprehensive training to develop your product knowledge and sales techniques.

Key Duties:

  • Design and sell bespoke garden transformations to homeowners.
  • Promote and sell market-leading products.
  • Achieve sales targets and maximise earnings potential.
  • Develop product knowledge and sales techniques through comprehensive training.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience or customer-facing skills are ideal but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with customers.
  • Self-motivation and organisation.
  • Passion for home improvement and quality solutions.
