Job Overview

The Transformation Unit is seeking an experienced Anticoagulant Clinic Coordinator to provide administrative support to the Anticoagulant Service at Chorley Hospital. This role will involve handling data inputting, managing phone calls, greeting patients, and directing clinic flow, ensuring the smooth running of the service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating the day-to-day running of the Anticoagulant Service
  • Managing phone calls and responding to external and internal telephone queries
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the service by handling data inputting and directing clinic flow

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as experience working with the public and previous experience in the NHS. You should also be familiar with Harris Flex and other NHS systems.
