Anticoagulation Service Support Specialist

About the JobYou will be working closely with our clinical teams to provide administrative support and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administration duties required for the service, including data inputting, appointment management, and phone call handling.
You must be able to work independently, exercising initiative and using your own judgment to resolve queries and issues. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on service performance.
Key Responsibilities- Managing data inputting for outpatient anticoagulant clinics.
- Providing administrative support to clinic coordinators.
- Responding to telephone queries from staff, patients, and others.
In return for your expertise, we offer a salary of £23,615 per annum, pro rata, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within our organisation.
