We are currently seeking an Educational Behaviouralist to work at a SEMH School / PRU in Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children with challenging behaviour, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

About the Role:

  • To provide high-quality support to pupils with challenging behaviour, incorporating behaviour management strategies that promote positive outcomes.
  • To work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualised support plans, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • To monitor pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted strategies to drive success.

  • A strong background in behaviour management, with experience working with children who have challenging behaviour.
