Responsibilities

As a Child Development Professional with Bright Beginnings Childcare Centre, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to our children, working closely with our team to implement policies and procedures aligned with the EYFS framework.

You will be expected to work collaboratively with our team to uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and to provide ongoing support to our children as they grow and develop.

The ideal candidate will have a Childcare Qualification or beyond, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional care and education to our young clients.

A competitive salary of £25,084 per year is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 25 days holiday (FTE) plus up to 16 public holidays and Centre closure days, reductions on travel including rail and buses, and free Simply Health cover including dental, opticians, 24 access to GP services and Physiotherapy.
