Sales and Development Lead

We are seeking an ambitious Sales and Development Lead to join Freight Personnel, a leading freight forwarder committed to excellence.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven sales professional to take their career to the next level, driving growth and development within the company.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A strong understanding of the freight forwarding industry and its key trends

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of circa £45,000, plus bonus opportunities with an OTE of £60,000. You will also enjoy a contributory pension scheme and 22 days' annual leave + bank holidays.
