Accounts/Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to drive business growth through the sale of AMCO products, services, and offerings to new customers.
Main Responsibilities:- Coordinate sales efforts with marketing campaigns to achieve maximum impact.
- Network and identify sales opportunities by understanding competitors in the logistics industry.
- Work closely with Operations and project teams to ensure swift and high-quality onboarding of customers into AMCO services.
- Manage multiple commercial processes, including budgeting, contract renegotiation, and KPI measurement, to deliver a positive commercial outcome for both AMCO and the customer.
- A proven track record of B2B sales and business development in the logistics industry.
- Able to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance business performance.
The estimated salary range for this role is £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and generous holiday allowance.
