About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of innovative solutions that address some of the biggest challenges facing society. As a Delivery Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation, improving service delivery, and delivering results-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement digital strategies to improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Lead technical teams to develop and deploy scalable solutions, using Agile methodologies.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in leading digital projects, with a focus on Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

Our Benefits Package

  • A competitive salary of approximately £84,000-£97,000 per annum.
