Real Estate Project Management Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Real Estate Project Management Team in a dynamic and diverse environment. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of a team working across sectors on a wide variety of projects on a rotational basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the delivery of complex real estate projects, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality standards.
- Act as the key, day-to-day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
- Advise at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on the different approaches that can be adopted in order to successfully achieve the client's overall objectives.
- Establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
- Plan for and manage the ongoing quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
- Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilised throughout the project.
- Project plan, including ensuring the production of the detailed project plan.
- Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPIs to improve project performance.
- Manage the change control process.
- Monitor and advise upon project finances.
- Ensure the production of formal project progress and other reports.
- Lead the marketing and business development activities, including:
- Developing new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Identifying and acting upon cross-selling opportunities.
- Working with Associate Directors and Directors to construct bids for new work.
- Attending formal client pitches with Assistant Directors and Directors.
- Identifying and acting upon opportunities to improve project management products and services.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Degree qualified in a relevant construction, real estate, or project management discipline.
- 5 years' experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
- Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as required.
- Excellent communication skills, in person and written.
- Professional membership desirable, such as RICS, PMI, or CIOB.
