About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Life Science Real Estate team at Turner & Townsend. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the required standard.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to minimize their impact.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Degree qualified in a relevant field, such as Project Management or Construction Management.
  • NEC accredited Project Manager or equivalent.
  • Member of a chartered institute, such as RICS or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of construction industry themes, such as MMC, Net Zero Carbon, and Digital agenda.
  • Good knowledge of project lifecycle and business case approvals process.
  • Experience of working on social care/healthcare projects.
  • Detailed knowledge of and experience in large-scale public health and life sciences projects (5 years).
  • Experience of master planning/strategic estate development and capital project planning for business case compilation.
  • Detailed experience of NEC contract administration.
  • Demonstrable experience in NHS client-facing roles at all levels.
