Care Service Development Manager

Fitzroy Support is seeking a skilled Care Service Development Manager to lead our care services in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the quality and sustainability of our services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the care sector, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be able to develop relationships with the people we support and their families, while also ensuring that our services are compliant and meet the highest standards.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and review annual business plans and take action to meet agreed performance indicators
- Provide a safe working environment for the people we support, staff members and visitors
