Fitzroy Support is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to lead our team in Oxfordshire.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for person-centred support to join our organisation and make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities and autism.

As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for empowering and developing your team to provide sustainable quality services that truly transform people's lives. You will work closely with the local community to promote the involvement of the people we support and engage them in activities that meet their needs, wishes and aspirations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with people we support, their families and local professionals. You will also have strong organisational skills, demonstrating your ability to prioritise your workload effectively and accurately.

We are looking for someone who is able to develop and implement effective plans to improve the quality of our services, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. You will also be responsible for managing rotas, finances and administrative processes to ensure efficient use of resources and timely completion of tasks.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a pension scheme, annual leave and training opportunities.
