We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Senior Care Team Lead to join our team at Fitzroy Support in Oxfordshire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our care team to deliver high-quality person-centred support.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in the care sector, with excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be able to develop relationships with the people we support and their families, while also ensuring that our services are compliant and meet the highest standards.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, develop and motivate staff members and volunteers
  • Ensure team members are performance managed effectively
  • Identify areas of key responsibilities for staff members which develop their roles and engages them fully as members of the Fitzroy team
