Clinical Embryologist Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Embryologist to lead our Embryology and Andrology laboratories. As a senior HCPC-registered Clinical Scientist, you will be responsible for overseeing our PGT-A service, contributing to research projects, and training STP and other staff members.
Main Responsibilities- Provide expert clinical and scientific leadership to the embryology team.
- Manage laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with HFEA standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement new treatments and protocols to improve patient outcomes.
- Oversee staff training and development, ensuring that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Manage the laboratory budget and contribute to strategic planning to ensure the continued growth and success of the service.
- Enhance patient care by leading research initiatives and collaborating with clinical colleagues to improve treatment outcomes.
- HCPC-registered Clinical Embryologist with a Master's degree in a relevant subject and a minimum of 5 years of post-registration experience.
- Strong expertise in embryology, quality management, and regulatory compliance, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
- Commitment to innovation, patient care, and staff development, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in reproductive medicine.
