Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Embryologist to lead our Embryology and Andrology laboratories. As a senior HCPC-registered scientist, you will be responsible for overseeing laboratory operations, developing and implementing new treatments and protocols, and contributing to research projects and staff training.

Main Duties of the Job

About the Role:

  • Provide expert clinical and scientific leadership to the laboratory team.
  • Manage laboratory operations, ensuring compliance with HFEA standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement new treatments and protocols to improve patient outcomes.
  • Oversee staff training and development, ensuring that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Manage the laboratory budget and contribute to strategic planning.
  • Enhance patient care and lead research initiatives to improve fertility treatment outcomes.
About You

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Embryologist with a strong track record of leadership and management experience. You will have a Master's degree in a relevant subject and a minimum of 5 years' post-HCPC registration experience as a clinical scientist. You will also have a strong commitment to innovation, patient care, and staff development.
