About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Process Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the after-sales process from point of sale to delivery, ensuring that all necessary information is gathered and updated accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accurate job and project information to support the departmental workflow and maintain customer and business expectations.
  • Gather information on job statuses and update customers as necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure jobs remain on track.
  • Coordinate with customers to find information to enable jobs to be completed.
  • Maintain samples register and update samples progress.
  • Ensure that processes within your control adhere to relevant standards, Health and Safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • Comfortable using IT software, Word, and Excel.
  • Enjoy problem-solving.
  • Organized.
  • Excellent communication skills and likes talking to people.
  • Known for their attention to detail.
