Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team based in Westbury. This pivotal role will facilitate communication between our customers and internal departments, ensuring smooth order processing and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently process sales administration tasks and customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain proactive communication and building relationships with customers, addressing enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Utilise CRM systems to manage sales leads, enquiries, and quotations effectively.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including planning, production, and logistics, to facilitate smooth order fulfilment.
- Liaise with the purchasing team to ensure timely procurement of materials necessary for order processing.
- Work collaboratively with the credit control department to resolve customer queries promptly.
- Prioritisation of customer orders to ensure timely fulfilment.
- Identification of opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to maximise revenue.
- Selection of appropriate communication channels to engage with customers effectively.
- Management of administrative tasks to optimise sales processes.
- Collaboration with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues proactively.
Requirements
We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a similarly fast-paced coordination role, strong customer service and communication skills, proficiency in office administration tasks and CRM systems, and a proactive nature with the ability to identify and pursue commercial opportunities.
