Deputy Manager Opportunity at Tenpin Ltd

We are seeking a driven and passionate leader to join our team as a Deputy Manager at Tenpin Ltd. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in creating a fun environment for our customers and team while meeting company objectives.

The Role

As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have a great time and creating a fun environment for both them and our team. You will support the General Manager with daily operations, team development, and driving sales and profits. Your duties will include:

  • Managing daily operations of the centre
  • Creating a customer-focused culture
  • Leading the team by example for effective collaboration
  • Deputising for the General Manager, and supporting in achieving targets and KPIs
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 year of management experience in leisure, hospitality or retail
  • Passionate about exceptional customer service
  • Experience in leading and developing large teams
  • Determined, enthusiastic and patient
  • Ambitious and eager to progress
