About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Tenpin Ltd. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our entertainment centers, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Customer Service: Create a customer-focused culture, ensuring that all customers have a great experience at our centers.
  • Team Leadership: Lead the team by example, promoting effective collaboration and teamwork to achieve business objectives.
  • Support to General Manager: Deputize for the General Manager, providing support and guidance to the team, and contributing to the achievement of business targets and KPIs.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • Management Experience: Minimum 1 year of management experience in the leisure, hospitality, or retail industry.
  • Customer Service: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on creating a positive experience for all customers.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop large teams, with a focus on promoting effective collaboration and teamwork.
  • Personal Qualities: Determined, enthusiastic, and patient, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving business objectives.
