About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Ward Manager to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Deputy Ward Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management and supervision of the ward, working closely with the Ward Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Ward Manager in providing leadership and guidance to the ward team
  • Implement best practices and policies across the ward
  • Support the development and implementation of service improvements
  • Contribute to the clinical direction of the service
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver personalized care
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
  • Current active NMC Pin
  • Experience in delivering and receiving supervision
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize clinical situations and manage effective communication between medical and nursing staff
