This role involves assisting the Ward Manager in providing day-to-day management and supervision of the ward, as well as implementing best practice and supporting changes within the service.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a current active NMC Pin, and will have experience in delivering and receiving supervision, as well as excellent leadership skills.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £39,847 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including a £4,000 welcome bonus, enhanced maternity pay, and access to development opportunities.
