AdTech Executive Lead

This is a senior leadership role within our AdTech business, responsible for driving revenue growth, building key partnerships, and developing and executing sales plans that meet or exceed targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advertising and marketing technology, a strong commercial mindset, and extensive industry connections.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the UK sales strategy, focusing on revenue growth and key partnerships
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in AdTech or related fields
- Proven track record of driving revenue directly and leading high-performing sales teams
- Strong commercial mindset, with a deep understanding of advertising and marketing technology
- Extensive industry connections, with established relationships with key clients and partners
Salary Range: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role offers a competitive salary, plus additional benefits and bonuses.
