UK Sales Leader Opportunity

Salary Range:£110,000 - £140,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly experienced sales leader to join our team and drive the UK sales strategy forward. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, building relationships with key clients, and leading a high-performing sales team.

This is a unique opportunity to work for a dynamic and innovative company that is shaping the future of AdTech and MarTech. With a focus on innovation and client value, we deliver powerful marketing and advertising solutions across 10 international markets.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and experience working at a DSP. You will be able to think strategically, lead by example, and drive results-oriented teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.

  • Sales Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Foster a culture that supports innovation, growth, and collaboration.
  • Commercial and Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Business and Revenue Management: Manage sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies to drive growth.
