Sales Director for AdTech Platform

Ultimate Asset is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our efforts in the UK market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in media sales, with excellent relationships across the Dentsu planning and buying teams. You will also have a deep understanding of their processes and be a solid relationship builder.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing AdTech company that is scaling quickly and has a great international track record. We are looking for someone who can replicate our success in the UK market and help us achieve our ambitious goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth
- BUILDING and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at Dentsu and other media agencies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive results
We offer a highly competitive salary up to £75,000 + uncapped commission (50% of base), as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, health insurance, employee assistance programme, 25 days holiday, free lunch, flexible working hours and additional annual leave on completion of 1 year service.
