About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Fellow to join our team at NHS Jobs. As a Clinical Fellow, you will play a key role in the management of pre-BMT patients and those being evaluated for novel cellular therapies (CAR-T).

Key Responsibilities
  • Work under the supervision of the Transplant Director and the BMT Consultant team to gain a broad experience in all aspects of white cell haematology.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and guidelines for the management of pre-BMT patients and those being evaluated for novel cellular therapies (CAR-T).
  • Participate in clinics and follow-up of transplant patients, working closely with the transplant team to ensure seamless care.
  • Collaborate with research and visiting fellows in the BMT programme to advance knowledge and best practices in the field.
  • Contribute to the development of educational materials and training programs for nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  • Must be eligible for Home Office Tier 2 sponsorship.
  • Strong clinical skills and experience in haematology, particularly in the management of pre-BMT patients and those being evaluated for novel cellular therapies (CAR-T).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
