OT Clinical Lead for Acute Services

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Occupational Therapy Clinical Lead to join our team in South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our OT service, developing and implementing our service strategy, and mentoring junior staff. The estimated salary for this role is £56,095 - £62,835 per annum.

Key Responsibilities
- To lead on the development and implementation of our OT service strategy, aligning with trust policies and objectives.
- To provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions, maintaining high-quality service delivery.
- To supervise and mentor junior OT staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide effective care.
- To contribute to quality improvement initiatives, evaluating our OT service and identifying areas for improvement.
- To manage and prioritise workload effectively, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
- To stay up-to-date with best practices and research, applying new knowledge and skills to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification.
- State Registration with Health Care Professions Council.
- Postgraduate experience/training in clinical speciality.
- Experience of supervising junior OT staff and contributing to service development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work at weekends and across various locations.
