**Global Highland: A Strategic Partner in the North of Scotland**

We are currently working in partnership with our client to source a dedicated People and Culture Manager or Director.

This is a key role within the organisation, requiring a people-focused individual who can drive employee engagement, retention, and attraction. The successful candidate will join our senior management team, supporting the long-term strategic vision by cultivating an environment where employees feel valued and empowered.

Our client operates across multiple branches in Aberdeenshire and the Highlands and Islands, serving customers through their goal of delivering the right products at the right price, on time, and at the right location.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive workforce planning, employee engagement, retention, and attraction initiatives to support business objectives.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with the company's core values.
  • Closely collaborate with the Managing Director and senior teams to create a progressive, employee-focused culture.

**Salary:** £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
