A skilled Clinical Co-ordinator is needed to contribute to the NHS Highland Vaccination service's success.

Job Description Summary

This vital role will support the service's growth in a post-pandemic context, with the chosen candidate working with children and adults in various settings, including schools and community venues.

The ideal candidate will possess superior organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine interest in delivering top-notch patient care. Adaptability and resilience are essential for this diverse and demanding position.

Both full-time and part-time options are being considered for this role.

Primary Responsibilities
  • To facilitate and support the delivery of vaccination services across NHS Highland, collaborating closely with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
  • To establish and maintain effective relationships with schools, community groups, and other organisations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • To provide administrative support, maintaining accurate records and reporting as necessary.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nursing, Public Health) or equivalent experience.
  • Outstanding communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Possession of a valid driving licence and ability to travel throughout the region.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: £55,000 - 65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
