About the Job:
- We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as Assistant Manager - Community Development at Culloden Leisure Centre.

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement community programmes and services that meet the needs of local residents.
- Build strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and agencies.
- Lead and manage teams to deliver high-quality community programmes and services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new projects and initiatives.

Essential Criteria:
