- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality support to service users, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Building
Create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners, colleagues, and service users. Foster a culture of collaboration and mutual respect.
Forum RepresentationRepresent The Richmond Fellowship Scotland within key partnership forums, presenting our organization's vision and objectives. Ensure our voice is heard and our interests are represented.
Service DevelopmentContribute to the strategic development and management of services, driving growth and improvement. Identify opportunities for innovation and implement changes that benefit our organization and service users.
Team LeadershipLead a team of staff to deliver high-quality support to service users. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure your team is equipped to meet the needs of our service users.
Benefits
