Galliford Try, one of the UK's leading construction businesses, is looking for a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Lead to join their team at ESD Joint Venture. As a key member of the team, you will support the implementation of the Health & Safety Strategy & Business Improvement Plan, ensuring our operations meet exemplary safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational health & safety management, NEBOSH construction certificate, and civil engineering experience. You will be responsible for implementing the ESD HSE Management system, engaging with stakeholders, providing H&S input to operational teams, and carrying out H&S reviews.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Operational health & safety management experience
  • NEBOSH construction certificate
  • Civil engineering background
  • Drivers' licence for travel within Scotland
