Experienced Safety Coach - HSEQ Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safety Coach - HSEQ Advisor to join our team in Inverness, working across the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging safety workshops and training sessions, using multimedia resources and interactive activities to create impactful learning experiences. This will include addressing workforce safety concerns with practical, actionable solutions and staying up-to-date with the latest safety trends and best practices.

This role requires regional travel to deliver workshops and outreach efforts, maintaining accurate records for reporting and assessment. Additionally, the candidate will conduct day-to-day HSEQ activities, including inspections, audits, and investigations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (or higher)
  • Proven experience in safety coaching or education
  • A strong understanding of safety protocols, risk assessment, and regulations
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in using multimedia tools for delivering engaging presentations
