Efficient Service Delivery is seeking a highly skilled Senior Health & Safety Expert to support the Health & Safety Operations Lead in ensuring our operations meet exemplary safety standards.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity will involve implementing the Health & Safety Strategy & Business Improvement Plan, ensuring compliance with management systems, and fostering an inclusive environment that supports our HSE culture. The ideal candidate will have experience in operational health & safety management, NEBOSH construction certificate, and civil engineering background.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders, providing H&S input to operational teams, carrying out H&S reviews, and utilising HS performance KPI's to drive continual improvement. A drivers' licence is also required for travel within Scotland.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, generous holiday entitlement, corporate discounts, cycle to work schemes, comprehensive pension plan, and regular save as you earn share purchase scheme.
