About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled People and Culture Manager to join our team at Quantum. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening a company-wide people-first culture, ensuring our people feel valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and strengthen a company-wide people-first culture, ensuring our people feel valued.
  • Be our Cultural Ambassador, ensuring company buy-in to our purpose, vision and values.
  • Work with the Managing Director to develop our employer brand, attracting the best talent and making our people proud to say they are part of the team.
  • Help to develop a growth mindset within the agency, demonstrating people leadership capabilities.
  • Work with the Managing Director on the strategic people plan, supporting ambitious growth and achieving long-term goals and aspirations.
  • Own and develop our talent attraction, development and retention approach, fully supporting our talent requirements as we grow.
  • Plan to resource effectively in line with our growth plans, ensuring we have the right skills in the agency at the right time.
  • Accountable for the end-to-end recruitment process, working with the hiring individual/team to set a clear plan and process for each role to be hired.
  • Support and help to lead our performance-driven culture, championing our performance management approach of continuous development.
  • Assist in the identification of relevant and appropriate training options to support our people's development and PDP activities.
  • Responsible for establishing people-focused, best practice HR fundamentals, living and breathing our values.
  • Manage all employee relations issues with sensitivity and in a timely manner, ensuring our people understand where to find our policies and procedures.
  • Ensure that our internal policies and procedures are fit for purpose and in line with legal requirements, reflecting our values and culture.
  • Stay ahead of legal updates and changes, ensuring that we review and update our policies and procedures as required and communicate to our team as appropriate.
  • Collate monthly payroll information for the Finance Officer.
  • Chair the H&S task force, ensuring that we are working within a safe environment and are legally compliant in our duty of care.
