Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with the company's culture, values, and business objectives.

Responsible for crafting compelling content that effectively communicates key messages related to employee experience, people programs, change management, mission, vision, and values.

Partner with the HRBP team to design, deliver, and implement innovative people and communications projects, including establishing an internal people brand.

Craft and curate learning content in support of employee engagement campaigns as part of the broader learning and development roadmap.

Collaborate with the Marketing team and People Networks and Champions to promote messages, events, and insights internally.

Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills are required, along with proven ability to create strategic communication plans and execute them successfully.

Requirements
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a strong understanding of how to partner with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms.
  • Creative approach to problem-solving, overcoming challenges, and resolving issues consistent with the company's values and ways of working.
