Conference and Events Floor Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Conference and Events Floor Manager to join our team at De Vere Tortworth in Wotton-under-edge. As a key member of our conference and banqueting events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our busy conferences and events department.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the meticulous setup and execution of events, from event spaces to impeccable service.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of warmth and appreciation, and building genuine relationships with team members.
  • Empower team members to take pride in their work, and motivate them to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, including chefs, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks to meet operational requirements, and manage multiple events simultaneously.

What We Offer:

  • Salary £27,191 per annum plus monthly Service Charge approx £300 per month.
