Conference and Events Floor Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conference and Events Floor Manager to join our exceptional conference and banqueting events team at De Vere Tortworth in Wotton-under-edge.

About the Role

As a Conference and Events Floor Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our busy conferences and events department. This will involve meticulously setting event spaces, providing impeccable service, and executing every detail flawlessly.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth operation of conferences and events, from setup to service.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of warmth and appreciation among team members.
  • Build strong working relationships and motivate a diverse team.
  • Effectively prioritize tasks to meet operational requirements.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working as part of an events operation team.
  • Passion for events and a willingness to deliver memorable experiences for guests.
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure every event runs smoothly.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
