Conference and Events Coordinator

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our guests? As a Conference and Events Coordinator at De Vere, you will play a pivotal role in bringing meetings and events to life.

About the Role:

  • Convert enquiries into bookings, showcasing our venue through showrounds and helping clients plan every detail of their event.
  • Work as part of our busy events planning team, effectively communicating client requirements to our operational team who will then run the events on the day.

Requirements:

  • Previous event planning/co-ordination experience or a relevant qualification
  • Passion for events and ability to deliver memorable experiences for our guests
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to forge strong working relationships
  • Confidence using IT software, with familiarity with Opera software beneficial but not essential
