About the Role

As a Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for driving the commercial performance of your team. You will work closely with the Portfolio Head of Sales to develop and execute strategic sales plans, identify revenue opportunities, and maximize sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accelerate the commercial performance of your team by building and executing strategic sales plans to exceed targeted revenues.
  • Think critically and identify revenue opportunities on a tactical basis, using data to measure performance against expectations.
  • Manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their potential.
  • Seek opportunities to try new and different solutions, bringing plans to life within your team and cross-functionally.
  • Identify training needs and take ownership to deliver improvements required.
  • Build and nurture a successful network of advocates with key clients, industry associations, and other strategic partners.

Requirements

  • Possess a proven track record of leading and developing successful sales teams.
  • Be able to manage a complex sales pipeline, accurately reviewing and forecasting performance, market trends, and risks.
  • Have experience mentoring sales professionals, leading in areas without authority by supporting and promoting sales excellence through a consistent approach to core skills practice and training.
  • Monitor market trends and customer feedback to drive innovation, inform sales strategies, and tactics.
  • Demonstrate expertise in delivering best-in-class exhibitions, staying ahead of future trends and emerging technologies, and successfully representing RX Global at industry events.
  • Be able to travel XX%.
