About the Portfolio Sales Manager Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing sales team to drive strategic growth and revenue across all product lines. As a Senior Sales Leadership Position for Portfolio Growth, you will work closely with the Portfolio Head of Sales to develop and execute sales plans that exceed targeted revenues.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across all product lines.
  • Manage, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and coaching to maximize their potential.
  • Identify and pursue revenue opportunities through data-driven insights and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, industry associations, and strategic partners to drive business growth.
  • Possess a proven track record of leading and developing successful sales teams and managing complex sales pipelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex sales data and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience in mentoring sales professionals and developing their skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
